i went to install my x pipe yesterday and one bolt gave me trouble the passenger side exhaust manifold bolt. I could get to the bolt but it felt like it was starting to strip it so i sprayed it a few times with pb blaster and still nothing, anyone have any ideas on how to remove the bolt without ruining it?

I recently put a new throw out bearing in my 1990lx I also changed to an aftermarket clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster. After the install the car will not start with the key. It will popstart and run fine though. Any ideas? The only problem with the install was we broke the speedo cable at the tranny....
