What the Fk !!! Well I think you have a good argument for the back window for sure. Bring a copy of the tint laws you posted and argue you have two side veiw mirrors and that the rear window in no way obstructs your vision. As far as fighting the speeding.... It all depends on your driving record. If you have'nt had a speeding violation in a few years then you could at the very least get it reduced . Well...... good luck with it Jim ..
