need help on what type of fluid for my t-5

hi guys my father in law has a 1990 mustang 5.0 5 speed and we change the clutch on it but a lot of fluid came out of the tranny nothing you can do about that but i want to know what type of fluid i put back in everybody has some different to say well i hope somebody can help me so i can put back in the road thanks.
