90 gt fuel issue

my causins gt is havin issues the fuel pump wont stop running would it be a bad regulator

sound like the relay is burnt up.

yep bad relay under the drivers seat, i had that happen to a car i swapped it out for a new relay...it did the same thing....then i put the old relay back in and it never did it again lol

it comes on and off with the key it just runs threw the rails and returns to the tank and never shuts off when it gets to pressure
