Hi all just bought my first Ford two weeks ago. I was a GM guy then an import guy but always loved the way the Fox body looked and sounded. So I pick up a 88 GT. mods are in my sig.. Quick question the car Idles like crap till its warm( Sounds like its going to stall, surging).. Here are a few pics..
88 gt 5spd port and pol E7 heads,Port and pol cobra lower intake and downs upper intake,b303 cam,75mm
Throttle body,converted to mass air, bbk cold air,24lb injectors, new t5 Trany with pro 5.0 shifter,Bbk headers offroad h pipe with Flowmasters.
What are you serious... So I'm gonna take that its a good car..:)

Hi, and Welcome to bostonstangs.. Yeah that's Jim's old car.. it is a nice car, and she's fun too.. as for your Surging Idle and such, if you haven't yet, check out the "How-To" Section on the site. There will be a topic that will contain a link to a site and that should fix your Idle surges.. It definitely fixed that problem on my 88.. Hope that helps, and good luck.. Enjoy the site.
