clean the car
320 with a dual action sander
blow it off with air
tape off the car
prime it
320 it again ......some say to wet sand the primer but its just a waist of time
blow it off again with air
base coat 2 or 3 coats
wait 20 minutes then clear .....dont try to get a shine off the first coat you will just make it drip

some tricks

ad a little fast reducer to the clear so it flows better and you wont get as many dry spots and no orange peel

good luck

Keep the booth, car, you, etc as clean as possible to reduce any dust or dirt in the paint. Clean the car off w/ dish soap or some type of cleaner to remove any wax on the car. Sand it down w/ 220/180 to get to at least factory primer. Take the entire car apart, no Maaco tape jobs like on their $300 jobs, and then mask it up. Prime it and block it until the car is nice and flat. Then add color coats, clear coats then let it dry properly. A good color sand/buff to make the paint look like glass and then reassemble. If you do it right the car will look beautiful. If not it will look like a hack job.

haha ill get the front brakes if you dont be so cheap and get that window switch for nitrous kit.. no i didnt get new bumpers or hood. the body shop i took my car to didnt add any flex agent to the paint when they sprayed the plastic parts so everything cracked chiped and peeled.
