I noticed it on my way into work tonight doing a detail near the tunnel on 93. It was either black or blue and unmarked. All lights hidden. Just letting everyone know to be careful.

There is one in Haverhill. It's like a gun metal grey and all windows blacked out.

ma staties also have a 99-04 black or grey tinted windows
i always see it doing detail for the construction for the tunnel in boston

i think it is black but i cant rember and drive by it too fast
